You don't need to. Just shove the whole zip into the DLC catalog.
In the "talk" selection, there is "sex" option, if you're playing as a male MC at the moment. The woman will refuse unless your relationship is higher than 50, or you're using some kind of sex magic. You can improve your relationship by adventuring together, or by dancing (hold Q).

Since the game seems rather successful, it is likely that there would be translations. If not by developers, then by fans.
Also don't worry if you're having trouble understanding this game. It was not translated by a native speaker, so it can be hard to understand for anybody (except, maybe, Japanese people who also studied English in similar conditions to the author).

I usually find them near the mouse burrows, they seem somewhat rare tho.
Save and re-load if you do not find them.

Is it ever worth moving your base (blue flag) from the starting area? Which places are ideal?
You can rape untamed natives. Just press R, and they'll attempt to grapple.
You can add tamed natives to "toilets" and have hole-in-wall sex with them.
You can also do things to sleeping natives even if they are tamed, but I never tried that.
Other base locations provide better access to the map and its resources. But the starting beach is one of the more defensible locations on the map, since enemies there are just level 1, and it's protected by the sea from the south.
