You can. You need to pump up leadership for more followers. Most of them are usueless and cost way tooo much leadership points.
Yeah i noticed that. My kids can't even wield majority of weapons til you age them up... So much for my child army run. xD

also i can't for the life of me figure out the sandbag training. I've got a living body hung up and my people just stand around..

hey I just started playing this game. Can you make the man or the girl at the beginning follow you as a companion or you have to choose between the two?
Man and Yona can't adventure together. Some events require one or the other, so you'll probably end up switching between the two regularly. Unlike some other commenters, I think Yona is more of a protagonist, while Man just gets side stories with a few attractive women.
All the other characters on the ship in the opening are potentially recruitable. The glasses girl will be recruitable in a later version. They all take more than the starting 3 command points to take them as companions. I haven't checked, but they're probably all worth 4 points.

u can take the head and the meat there with removing option btw. u can't eat the meat but u can use it for "during raid" to affect npc's status in a radius

PS: should i make my own santa guide here or just paste the steam's santa guide
You have to be logged into Steam through your web browser to simply click the Steam Guide link.
Navigating to the same page through the Steam App is kind of a pain in the ass.

So adding it to your guide would be helpful. For the lazy people at least :LUL:

Ordinary wolves and bears don't have H-scenes. I think. No guarantees they would be added in the future.
Werewolf does have an H-scene, but people normally consider that a "monster" rather than bestiality. Don't ask me what's the difference.
Thank you for all the answers, seems like there is no actually bestiality at this point, but i'm looking forward for future updates.

How do I raise their food and water stats? I put Food box and well around them but the stats isnt increased.
For player characters or for tamed natives?
For tamed natives, check that food box has food in it (right-click on food when interacting with the food box to put it in the box). The well will slowly gather its own water, and it will do it faster in the rain.
Note that natives have to be in range of the food box or well to take food and water from them.

For player character, you have to eat and drink manually. Right-click on food to eat it, choose "drink" option on the well to drink from it.

Ok I'm a bit confused, I managed to tame 2 girls and they're in my camp but how do I make them do stuff? I made them a native house with 2 leaf beds but they never go inside. They just stand around doing nothing. I read the less spoilery guide or something like that, but it doesn't explain how do you actually make natives do sutff.

well, increase his favorability to 50 or more I think (press Q and click on 0 or 1) or make him follow you, at the end you give him the option to talk and then sex.

Click on an NPC, select the first option (from memory, I think it's either position or location) and make sure you set their location so that the blue circle includes whatever place you want them to work. Then go to the last option to select the job. Sorry, I'm not in front of the game right now, not at home.

Same thing with the native house, BTW, it has to be within their blue circle if you want them to go inside to sleep.

Understood, I will try to improve that section when I get to it.

First, open their character sheet. Just like you open your own, but when talking to them.
Second, find the work tab. Set up their combat behavior (I recommend "survivor" for everybody who isn't a guard) and job. Read the job descriptions, they include what kind of workplace you need to get them.
Third, choose the "location" option in their dialogue, and adjust it until blue circle covers both their workplace and the house entrance.
Natives will go inside the house at night, and will attempt to work during the day.
Fourth, make sure they have water.
