From a very very quick glance, seems more like a dll copy renamed to none.bat rather than an actual executable.
I think there was a misconception of having to copy a specific dll and rename it, but you can just have an empty new file and name it respectively.

oh nice, I didn't know DLLs had the text this program can't be run in DOS mode too. but I guess it makes sense since they can be executed as well.

but should I play "stable" or "unstable" version for best experience?

I'd say play unstable, simply because it actually is (In my opinion) stable enough.

I wasn't too familiar with the specific rules here, cause I'm simply not interested in stuff of "questionable age".
So I didn't even came up with what that content might be.

But I can take this as a fair warnin, right?
Besides a good amount of gore and stuff, I may, or may not encounter persons in this game, that are depicted "too young" for that kind of content, I guess.

Only with the DLC - in which case you probably should be careful (if you do get the dlc and use it) of screenshots you post.
Without it, there shouldn't be an issue I reckon. Hope you enjoy the game as much as we all do!

I've been talkin about "warning", as I don't like "these type of content".
Somehow underage stuff is the pretty much only line I've ever drawn for myself ;-)

So I kinda go around every game, that has a bigger amount of "Loli-Stuff".
