I wish we got male MC rape men/dlc or vice versa but I don't think it will happen. Gay content is not catered to.

So don’t take my word as gospel but on steam apparently some people are saying there is some M/M that is being put in game. Artwork for scenes that have been drawn but not implemented yet.

Is the version in the OP 0.12 the latest? I see Jakeman250 asking about 1.1? I played the version from OP and after an hour I gave up. There's not really anything to do? I can't bring Man with me into party, I can only play as him. I can't find any of the female MC friends, can't recruit anyone and I've beaten the first village boss, old man and the flower boss (enable speed boost and just ran through a bit before quitting). The H is just 'game-over' on loss, so really meh. I guess the male can grab and fuck but really lackluster. The steam page trailer shows slightly different UI and much more interesting things to do..

Version here is 0.0.12 in Steam's current versioning system.
The newest version is 0.1.1 [beta]. So yes, we don't have the newest version yet.

How do I do that? I don't want to mess up my save file.

How to add skillpoint through savefile:
1. backup your ...\Mad Island_Data\StreamingAssets\XMLfolder just in case
1. open your latest save game (for example SaveData01.xml) with notepad (preferably notepad++)
2. search for <skillLevel>. You won't missed it, there's only one of this.
3. enter the amount you want in this line: <skillPoint>___</skillPoint> (for example <skillPoint>1000000</skillPoint> )
4. save the file and load the save
5. additional tips: shift+click to upgrade 10 level at once; especially for regeneration, slash, and grapple

Well, there aren't many good-looking men in the game.
Native men are kinda ugly. I guess Elder Brother Native is an option too.

Is there anyway to loot all corpses at once? It's really tedious to loot through each of the 100 corpses with their hitboxes overlapping after a raid for the warrior orbs

Yes. Just tell your Ruck to suck them all up.

normal ruck = resources like food or stuff from corpse
maid ruck = equipment from corpse
blood ruck = limbs that you chopped off from corpse

Upgrading your ruck to have one equip row more reminded me of Palworld, killing one hundred of the same species to make your guy a little better
