I've captured a pig and a deer. How can I turn them into "hide"?
Also, how to fuck natives? Do I have to knock them out first?

Hover your mouse over a captured wild animal and press T to dismantle them.
There are multiple ways to fuck natives. The simplest is to use the wrestle button (R) when playing as male.
You can also knock them out, tame and befriend them (you need them to like you to at least level 50).
Some natives will also fuck you when you're knocked out but not killed. Female lead has many of these scenes, male lead has only a few.
When you defeat a certain boss, you can change the other main character's location.
At no circumstances will the other main character follow your current main character.
But it went instantly into my inventory and if I drop it it's just a bag. I guess I can't use T on the bag? How do I get it out?
I tried that, he smashed her head against the floor and I had to click but it didn't do much. She freed herself with full hp.

Your inventory was probably full. When you try to pick something up and your inventory is full, it'll drop to the ground as a bag. Just free up some space in your inventory and you'll be able to pick that bag up. Make some chests if you need to put extra stuff in--those can be handy. Having a bunch of them in your base is usually a good idea to store stuff.
Also, keep in mind that 'dismantling' an animal will typically fill more than one spot in your inventory. So if your inventory is full with, say, a live pig and you try to dismantle it, the pig's spot will be replaced by one item (like raw meat) but then two extra items (poop and hide I think) will drop to the floor as bags.
You probably didn't click fast enough. Watch the white bar under her red HP bar. That's your target's stun points. You need that white bar to disappear before the blue circle empties.
It gets easier as you gain more experience and level up.
Also, using clubs and other types of stun weapons can help in the beginning (or for special creatures).
Clarification: you need to use T on a captured animal in your inventory.
How can i make the kid native girl or native boy. All my npcs gave birth to adult childs. But i saw they born as kid and then we can turn them to adult via growth potion in YouTube. What i am missing?

But feel free to use a guide in my signature.
This feature is in DLC. We are not allowed to give you the link, you'll have to find the developer's site yourself.

No, I meant a general guide explaining the game's mechanics. Such as how to bond with NPCs, how to make an NPC protect your base, what are houses good for, game mechanics I can't even list here because I don't know they exist..

I was reading a steam review that said "Assuming you know where to go to track down all the mods that aren't allowed on Steam Workshop" I'm a mod lover of any game I find interesting, I'm not asking for a link, and if its one of those /if you know you know/ things could you dm it to me? I wanna see how much the modding community has gotten for this

Meanwhile modding for this game isn't there yet, the developer hasn't made the proper modding tools that will let you add things beyond just images *yet*, so right now the only mods are on steam and even if you find anything outside of steam you'll get around the same results.
Haven't seen this game after being announced, cool that it got "released" but apparently it's still in early access

Hold "Q" in front of the NPC and choose one of the four options (0 to dance by default). Performing an action will increase your NPC affection over time.
