I've never used that ring and I've had a bunch of my girls go crazy with masturbation. If their libido is at 100 and they have no one around to screw, they'll just start pleasuring themselves. You do have to give them a bed, but a simple leaf bed will do the trick (especially if you want them out in the open so you can see it when it happens rather than have to go into a house).

Don't remember who said it but i remember it being said that the devs had completed bloated belly artwork for at least the large female native which implies future pregnancy feature. Considering the recent update involved the underground woman and elder sister in addition to the large females they'll probably do a similar update for pregnancy in the future, at least that's my guess for the time being. I'll probably not update my version until either a preggo update drops or we get another major update like the cave or an ending.

Yeah, that place. The robot is the boss of 5th floor, after you defeat him, you can always start the dungeon from 6th floor. He also drops katana, one of the better weapons in the game.
Also unrelated, but you can capture a female mummy there and consensually feed the Male MC with her breast milk. Or you can use R on them as well. No defeat scenes for FMC there, however.

Or in other words: just hold down CTRL while interacting with anything to interact with it from afar. Yes, even downed NPCs or random in-world chests.
EDIT: Unless you mean because you can't click it, in which case I hard agree. Something like scrolling to cycle through possible options at that cursor location would be nice.

Morale may be low. At that stage they kinda act out. You slapping them about knocks them down, but returns them with a better morale state. You can interact with them after

Unless there's some specific way to do this, it seems its been patched. Tried it with wood, stone, and the toilet from the Mens bench
