Yes, but only as the male MC. Press R, and you can start the action. There are also different animations for it if you press R when they are unconscious, sleeping, and you can also give them sleeping pills at the start of the action if they are sleeping.
I am not sure, but maybe you need to specify the location?
I haven't played the game myself, but screenshots look reasonably good. At least, compared to Mad Island, which also isn't the prettiest game on this site.

No, it was a bug caused probably by myself toying too much with the cheat mod and/or another mod

The Island is being remade in unity by the developer as they ran into size problems with RPGM. Not sure on a release date yet for the Unity version.
i decided to restart after buying this on steam and wanted to get powerful super quickly. i managed to get my characters to around level 130 at about 2 hours play time. here's a general guide on how i did it in 0.27 (spoilers below)

Hello, after checking to uncensor the last version from "gofile" (0.27) i found the file none.bat in the "XML" folder but it's not an empty file. If i edit the file there are some clear text "This program cannot be run in DOS mode" is this normal ?
only the general female npc can get pregnant. elder sister, large native, etc still cant. i hope dev keep adding goofy sh*t. see you guys again in 10 years when the game finished.
