Blood stone is mined in the cave of exiles. Can't miss it - it looks like Hell.
Red flowers grow near dungeon entrance, I think.

Male MC's tackle move :
You can tackle Female native, "DLC Content" and Elder Sister Native with R key, the higher the "Grapple" skill is, the better you're able to knock them out to capture them, Auto-clicker helps a lot when capturing an insanely high level ones

Male & Female MC :
Using Club or any weapons that has "Faint" damage under it, recommend you press F key for Heavy attack move as you'll knock them out faster

2. The point of Sleep-Sex
Reason 1. (Important)
This is a Hentai game.

Reason 2. (Very serious)
Let's say you found a Good-looking hottie Female Native(Or DLC Content) in a Big wide open Village and you want Sexual relation with her and Pack her up back to your Hideout/Base/Camp,
However She is surrounded by tons of Unwanted Cockblocking guards that won't allow Safe Rape Tackle move
Wait for Nightfall
If you're not nearby the Village, you might need to wait for some NPCs to slowly get their asses back into the Hut,
A few NPCs like Large Male Native won't sleep at all, they serve as Night Guards, allowing You to be able to sneak into the village easily
Find the "Good-looking hottie Female Native" you want with "Peek"
Enter her Hut
Press R on her, you'll be given Two Options (Three if you got Sleep powder)


This basically "Skip over" the Need of Tackle/Clubbing them to capture them
Allowing you to "Carry" Female Natives and "DLC Content" back to your Hideout/Base/Camp and easily making them as a part of your ally/wife/etc


Reason 3.
Let's say you want to get your "Good-looking hottie Female Native" Preggie, however She has "Selfish" personality which does not react to "Dance"(Q key) to increase the favorability
Using the Second/Third Option is what you would find it useful

Before continuing, "Rape Discreetly" will have a chance of the target waking up, hostile will attack you while friendly will question you with her stare xD
Which is why "Sleep Powder" is used here, crafted in "Man's Workbench"
(two dildo looking workbench...after you beat that fatty at the right side of the end of the beach near a outdoor tent)

With "Sleep Powder" being used, she'll NOT wake up until you are done with her, regardless of Daytime.

So instead of Consensual Sex from having High favorability
You instead have One-sided Non-Consensual Preggie Sex with her while she is asleep


Now why should you want a Female Native Preggie? Simple
You'll get "Young Man" NPC from them and Young Man has access to wide amount of Weapons including the Highest Faint stats weapon you can legally get without Cheats.

1. Leave them in the cage. They will regularly consume the food in the cage, which will increase their tame counter - displayed on their icon in the cage's inventory. When that reaches "MAX" they're converted.
2. You can have them follow you, or make them work for you. I think the guide linked in the OP may have detailed information about that. Alternatively I remember someone posting a detailed explanation a few pages ago.
3. Don't remember if it happens automatically or not, but there is a special bed that guarantees safe birth - per default the rate of successful birth is relatively low. Check your crafting lists on the various workstations.
4. They can be defeated, but AFAIK they are only downed and will get back up after a while.

Regarding pregnancy, it's not exactly automatic. You have to keep an eye on the woman. Her stomach will grow little by little. And when she's ready to give birth, a new option ("give birth") will appear in her menu when you click on her. You don't have to do it right away though, you can wait indefinitely lol, it's kinda funny that. Anyway, craft a "midwifery home" (from the wood workbench) to ensure safe birth.

As for friendlies dying, no, they can't die, though it might appear like they can. Just leave them on the ground and wait, they'll eventually get back on their feet and recover HP. OTOH, once in a blue moon, during a raid, the targeted NPC can get kidnapped if they get to them before you defeat the invaders. You'll then have an opportunity to rescue them, but there'll be a countdown and I think they do die if you don't get them out in time. Doesn't happen often though and it's usually not too hard to rescue them.

Now you wait. No joke.
The Food you give them, depending on how much they like it will decide how fast they're tamed...
Altho Idk is it me or the Food give Double the favorability it is listed...so like this "Grilled Meat 7" gives them "14" favorability
And to tamed one, you'll need 8 of it

However I want to add a random knowledge
When you put a Female Native (or "DLC Content") into the Toilet (crafted from Man's Workbench)
They can still get Preggie, however unlike regular Sex, they can lose their child if they had sex again
Once they lost the child, "Life Orb" will appear in the "Toilet"
So you can make a "Life Orb" Farm if you wish instead of using the Old Male Native's crafting to obtain this "hard to get item"

(Frankly needed an Actress for this one xD otherwise it'll take a long ass time for her to get preggie and then get an abortion)

4. Can they get killed if they get beaten by other enemies?
Nope.
The only ways for them to die for real are the following :
Raiders captured them and you failure to Rescue them within 20 minutes
Or
You left the Rescue Zone

Another way is you "Banish" them with the EVIL Red button on the bottom right corner
Once you banished them, if they die? they die, RIP.

The Second question
Yona, Female MC, She can get pregnant status, however there is Zero function to her giving "birth"
Side characters, Some of them can get pregnant status, however there is Zero function for them to give birth
Female NPCs, Currently only Female Natives and "DLC Content" can get pregnant and give birth
other Female NPCs like Large Female Natives and Elder Sister Native (and Old woman if you swing that way, Joke Option exist), they're unable to get pregnant nor give Birth
"DLC Content", Search the thread, not an allowed discussion topic due to Loli/Shota, no one will give you link to download but to point you where to find it yourself.

There's a skill that affects the favorability gain. You probably have put some points in that.
