Combat dismemberment is pretty much unavoidable.
Crafting equipment and food out of people is avoidable, and you wouldn't lose much. The only thing you'll be missing is the horn of raid summoning. But you can just cheat it in, if you want to.
Still, the very idea of crafting things out of people, and its realization too, certainly deserve the "mad" part of "mad island".
Yes, the programming part. Like many similar games, this game has scaling issues. So adding "pregnant" version of all the sex scenes Yona has would be a lot of work.

how many sex scene if you already tame these natives? i only know the one that they fuck face to face is there any position other than this? and which rape part that it had other than sneaking at night to those native camp.

Devs need to make an entire new animation when they could have of just altered the belly image (given that a character is made out of differnet body parts/amges attached to skeleton/bones.)
Heck, simple way is to have 2-3 belly variation all attached to the skeleon, and just activate/hide as needed.
Many 2D game suffer from adding new animation/content because of exponential workload as number of characters increases. Part of it can be migated by smart planing in advance, but part of it cannot. That's the problem with 2D. Adding new animations is MUCH easier when working with 3D.
Even 3D struggles when you have too many different skeletons/heights, which you can partially go around with smart use if IK and weights

that doesnt tell me anything and is why i asked. there is no prompt, the crafting window doesnt change i just put the clothes there and it sits there. what do i do to change the color
The thing is skeletons, is while you have scalable animations, they won't have that "jiggle". In order to get it, you'd also need physics magic.
alright i saw what happened. something fucked up the dialogue boxes for my game, there's a "dye" option that supposed to appear around your character
wish anyone had said that so i knew something was wrong but it's such an obvious thing that nobody would think something WAS wrong
Yes, some comments were deleted. In particular, there was a comment responding to you saying DLsite added more censorship. I tried to interact with it, only to find out it was deleted.

Love this game... but does anyone thinks there's too much item in the game?? seems to be bloated & unorganized

Save folder link is in the main menu, just copy+paste from one version to another
Zoom levels can fuck with UI menus, including putting it behind objects. I had lots of trouble with the operating table because I put it inside a stone house that was right next to another stone house where people slept.
