if you're talking about the drugged up village next to the red herb farm, you can only rape with the male mc, they won't retaliate whatsoever. Other than that you can only watch them go at it, although... you can also kidnap a drugged up woman from there, it's been a while since i did it so i don't recall exactly how to pull it off, but you start off raping one and after they've collapsed, you have to somehow fanangle your way to bring up their status window and i honestly don't remember the rest but in the end you end up with a drugged up always horny woman having unrequited love and starting fights with everyone as she's just too damn horny to wait for the other person to build up 50 affection points, that you can have in your base... but this lasts about until you next load the file where she goes back to normal and acts like any other native you an catch. So there isn't really a point in trying to get one so i only did it the one time and forgot exactly how to do it.

For toilet, pick up girls, and put them in the first slot of the toilet. Then interact with the toilet, it should have sex buttons now.
Bath actually allows girls to clean themselves up (even removing all the tribal markings). Just interact with the bath while she's following you.
Shower is just a decoration, but you can ask somebody to stand under it and do "shower" idle animation.
Pools aren't for bathing, but the water inside of them can be safely used for any sort of water activity, such as catching fish, putting fish traps, or putting swimming rings with girls on them. You can probably have a mermaid live there too.
Make all the workbenches you can and search through their crafting recipes (each one is unique) as well as your own crafting ability using the gloves. I don't believe you need any major game progress to get to it.
I think it's in the iron workbench.
You'll need to dig up some sand, I think. Fortunately, your starting location is a beach full of sand.

So far they've been added here pretty quickly each time, so I imagine the trend will continue.

Can someone be kind enough to translate these from the Dyeing Station? I keep trying to figure it out but even when I select white, the outfit comes out purple for some reason. I also tried OCR websites, but they never gave me an actual translation, just more random symbols.
