No, this is because the devs have not made the assets yet and I'm not an artist.
I've changed some things since birth last worked but I'll work on fixing that now.

VPN does not change Steam account association. If you set your account to German store, it will show everything according to German store rules, from pricing to game blocking. In general I do not advise changing Steam account country for these kind of games.
VPN does enable you to buy from DLsite though, because that restriction is IP based.
