I have to ask, does anyone play on the default movement speed of the characters and is there a natural way to get them to move around the map faster?

God, it's such a Quality of Life issue, and I just cheated to put character speed at a higher number cause it was too slow for my liking.
Yea, some do play the game normally. It's slow but it's what you get without cheating/exploits.

Yona has a lot of H-scenes, but they are lose-to-see ones. Pretty much every boss, and a number of other enemies, would try to rape Yona.
Yeah, she definitely needs non rape sex encounters.
MMC can fuck Reika, but FMC can't fuck Keigo?
Also native Females are getting at it yuri in that one village, why not make Yona be able to do the same? (Besides that one NPC)

Yona doesn't have that many scenes bruh. Compare to mc male she got 1 secne every update, also rapes sence are her defeated ones, they aren't much... What we need is non rape sex encounter like CONSENSUAL.

She has those too but she gets her scenes somewhat slower than man, please to remember this was totally a ryona game, male mc was genuinely an afterthought that got popular. How many game over scenes does man get? he doesn't even have a real name in the 1 year+ i've been following and he's kinda tacked on to the overall plot, yet i'm 100% sure he gets the most playtime of the 2 mc. The active rape play of man is just more engaging than the passive lose=rape of yona. They meet in the middle with the village building mechanic and yona can hook up with most male types just waiting on yona x large man and underground boy/man, wouldn't mind her getting raped from those types too. They really were making one type of game and then pivoted into a different type.

The "natural" way is to grind levels and upgrade your character's speed stat manually. And semi-liberal use of Shift + > to speed up in-game time when traveling long distances.

Raft can also be used to move around faster near coasts (useful also to bypass mountains without flag/stair exploits or turning off invisible walls) in the early game. Mostly useful to grab certain workbench recipes early without defeating bosses.

Wait, speed actually affects move speed? It just didn't feel like it.

And thanks for the rest of the information. I guess I'll just do that.

It's minor, but you'll notice a difference when ou get your speed up to 30 or so... a single unit is not really noticeable, but 10 more actually makes you noticeable faster... the easiest way to notice the difference is haveng an NPC with less speed follow you.... they'll be left in your dust and teleport to your location eventually.

Let me romance the Granny you cowards.
"Truer words never be spoken" is a common phrase used to express strong agreement with what someone has said, meaning the statement is both true and deeply meaningful to the speaker. It is often used informally and is a shortened version of "truer words have never been spoken".

Welp, there goes like 30 hours of my life over two playthroughs.
Reached the end of the current story, noticed I didn't NTR Reika (eh, whatever) and didn't seduce the Giant (completely unacceptable by any standards), didn't want to play with quest flags and figured I would just restart a playthrough again, this time with the speed-up button (thank god).

Now I'm back to pre-Ent Tree fights (Ignore the Nami above, she's placeholder).

Questions:

Is there a better place than the Chaos Cave to grind the MC and/or Natives?
Tried high-level raids but it didn't seem to level me up that much compared to just smashing those ent tree thingies in the Cave (which give like three G berries each).

Are there better weapons that th Katana, Guardian Sword and Light Sword from Ruins lv10? Those last two can AoE just fine, although they don't seem powerful.

Giant doesn't have weapons, right? At least I didn't find any in the crafting workstations.

My first fight with the Ent King ended with me cursing Yona for just leaving with all my nice equipment. And raids are disabled while she's out, which isn't helpful when you need Fighter Orbs for Diamonds. Was there another way to get it back?

Another tip: The Wing Shield and its upgraded variant also improve movement speed by +10% when equipped. It's crafted using the Wing Workbench, which recipe can be found in the highlands to the extreme NE of the island. I usually beeline to it straightaway on new playthroughs. (either investing in Smash early, or straight up sequence breaking with flag/staircase/raft exploits) It's either that or the Cactus Shield. (no speed bonus but reflects damage on block)

Also, if you find yourself frequently carrying around captives/friendlies/corpses it might be a good idea to invest a bit in Carry to avoid the crippling movement penalties.

You can also kinda get a mount in game via an exploit. The flying raft. This is done by putting a pool or water tile inland and then placing the raft on it. You can then fly the raft out of the pool and into the air. It's faster than regular walking with a low speed stat, and has its own inventory to boot. Though it can't go up hills or even the smallest of slopes so you need to redeploy it from time to time at a higher height.

Thank you, this is really helpful advice as well.

I don't think there's anything else to do once you clear the storyline and it kind of is and has been just freemode, and do the quests at your own pace.

What happens when you let your female villlagers get swept away?

A couple minutes after they are swept away a countdown appears with 20 minutes. After 10 minutes the female is raped and after another 10 they would die via hanging or some shit.

During the countdown a skull will appear on the map, that's where they were taken. Don't die or leave once in the area as you will fail and lose the villager.
