I'm going to have to ask, what's the reason for getting the save file?
Mind you, I'm not denying people from getting one, but... the cheats already make the game too easy, so you can complete everything in under 1 hour.

It might be possible... most of the anims for Man x (insert female here) are cowgirl or cowgirl-adjacent (yes, I'm aware that certain scenes aren't, I'm not referring to those). Even still, you'd have to re-rig the existing ones to be more in line with the femdom theme... all the difference in the world between basic bitch cowgirl and amazon. At that point, it'd be all about which females you'd want to dom Man. Personally, I'd make femdom anims for ALL females that Man can get into combat with, but then, I'm not involved with making this game, and I'm not going to complain about the lack of hypothetical content when there's so much actual content to enjoy.
Fair, for the sake of asking, what do you or people want in the save file? Everything collected and ready with an empty base? Or just any save file as well, it's for the most part completed, but generic?
Cause everyone has a different playstyle so this may be a question of preference or no preference.
Does anyone know where I can find the latest version of Dev Commands, or how to extract it from the game files?

Welp, I'm not the man to do it then.
My base is a hot mess, and it's based on a speed run for the sake of fun.
Would have to start a new game for just preference alone.
I guess the rest of the issues don't matter, so I can probably roll with this.
If someone else can provide it, that's great. Just these next few weeks, I probably can't fulfil this request.
Hope someone else can provide it.
i played this game but because my computer broke down i had to fix it and lost all my data and i was too lazy to play again from the beginning and find a girl and he had the right type of save i needed =v sorry i use gg my english translation is not good

Majority will just ask for full "completion" speed run.
Some will just ask the basic base and some resource.
Minority will ask for full unique characters access.
I myself however go full Completionist run as in:
- "Virtuous" Playthrough
- "Evil" Playthrough
- Single lover Playthrough
- Harem Playthrough
- Slave Harem Playthrough
- Testing/simulate playthrough
Just so I can see what the hell will happen at the end just because I'm that insane.
My dumbass as I look back at my Helldivers 2 grinding marathon that last 79 hours.

For those who ask for a saved game, I advise you to create your own park, with games of chance and women... in fact, forget about the park.

This is exactly how I think at times, just not at that depth.
I can technically break the game and still provide what they want. The issue if they want to have a believable experience since a normal playthrough for non-speedrunners will be day 30 to 50 for a main base with outposts and all the story quests done. Assuming this is not their first playthrough.
And if it is, maybe add another 50 days to it.
Would be easy to provide a good base if base building were not janky and triggering my OCD when the walls doesn't align as expected. RAWR
