It seems that the developer is teasing about implementing gay content for a while now, more than a year. Did he do it already?

Strong bones can be gathered by Excavators in the Dessert region, Flesh can be produced by Flesh Collectors and Liquid Fish by Fish traps in the Dessert Oasis.
Only the Core needs to be gathered by MC themselfes
traps in the desert only gave me normal fish... not sure about fishing, but I spammed traps and didn't get a single one

Liquid Fish are the rarest catch in the dessert... even if you try to do it manually they are the hardest to catch and rather rare.
I shortened it by angleing around 120 times, but IF you place the traps early on it should be a valiable strategy
Here I have everything ready to resurrect her, here my saved game, I only have the giant, Cassie and Shino.

Never seen fish traps give anything but the lowest rarity fish for a given water "biome".
For traps in the oasis in particular I've only seen them give plain "Fish" (the ones with the greenish shade). Never seen a Sand Blowfish, much less a Liquid Fish.
No salmons in rivers too for that matter.
I mean it could be a vanishingly rare drop... but JP wikis and Discord comments are also in line with my findings, with people getting nothing but plain fish from traps in the oasis, so...

I caught them in the oasis, they're rare. You know they're the green ones, when the difficulty of extracting them is high. I'd say the pufferfish are of medium difficulty.
You can catch them manually with a fishing rod. Traps are a whole different story.
Edit: I scrutinized their Discord closer this time:
Yui mentions that the fish traps currently give the lowest grade fish.
And Ton in an older post from a year ago mentions that the lowest rank fish for oasis is the plain "Fish" as intended in response to a bug report by user Nanashi asking why fish traps in Oasis only give plain "Fish":

Well I used to mainly use them in the Ocean and regulary got Shrimps and other rare fishs, same for the lake.
Would have assumed it' simply chance based, but maybe the Biom is bugged than.
Still IF it worked as intended there would be an automated process.
For Strong Bones.
If you want a faster way and your character or party is strong enough, just kill the mini boss in the desert - Balphoment (or the bull-rolling monster). It will give you x5 strong bones or more at times and high grade beef products so you can cook up steak sets.
This is what I did, cause screw farming the ruins and looking for skeletons when I can find them reliably up there by killing the mini boss, save and load, then repeat till I get the amount I needed.

Strong bones are easy to find if you just reroll the second floor of the Ruins. It's still a grind, but you might find diamonds along the way.

Didn't know I can change that in Preferences when I click my user icon to change the search system, imo sort by date is much better so you can just look for latest info/update/save file whatever, better than sort by relevancy especially with saves that are outdated or builds
