Haven't had much time to try out this update yet, but just wanted to mention the dialogue editing function is also included in this update, just doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere. It's worth checking out to enrich your world and make it your own.

Yes, he respawns on reloading a save. As many times as you need.
He even respawns after you freed the girls except the girls won't be on his back then.
To add on to this for others, dialogue edit is accessed by bringing up a character's status screen then clicking the dialogue (speech bubble) tab near the bottom. This will bring up a menu where you can edit the random barks a character says when you interact with them and pick "Talk". You can put multiple lines per category (eg. Greeting, Like, Dislike, Liked One, etc.) and it will randomly pick a category and a line in the category. The "Visit" category (highlighted in green) is what the character will say when the save file is visited using the workshop station feature.
Unfortunately this feature is buggy at the moment and will softlock the game the moment a character talks about people they like or dislike. Even if you haven't used the feature yet. It can be gotten around by bringing up the map and fast traveling. This bug should be fixed in v0.4.5.1, though some people still have issues.

This is what i've been waiting for, they always release an update and then right behind it an update to the update. So when someone graces us with the bugfixed version i'll jump in. But i'm really disappointed that the elder bro x sis didn't get added, could have sworn they said that all they had to do was implement it last time.

Huh, had no idea the pair working on this were actually a couple. That actually explains a lot of things.
I feel like this game might be a little too much for him to review while still being able to actually post the video. Like, he could get away with the Breeders of Nephelym video cause that game's version of rape is relatively tame and it doesn't include sexual mutilation & cannibalism. Plus Mad Island is still relatively early in development compared to BoN.
I don't understand, I used a knife to free the girls but they're still on the Boss's back... do I need to do anything else?

It takes more than 1 attack. I clicked the rope, man auto slashed it multiple times before the girls were freed.
Pretty interesting game. I played older version where there are high moral ethics. You can have seg with almost anything. Except if you kill someone, then no seg. Also seems no same gender seg or bestiality (forced or other).
Just thinking that part of the popularity is the shock value, but still rather limited, no?
Not complaining though, I think its entertaining, but find it funny how some things are too much of a taboo. Or perhaps just not implemented yet.

This is a really good game, just need faster development. More customization for everything. And Toggable kinks.

What are you, 10? There's no need to self-censor the word SEX.
Also you can technically do necrophilia (and even revive them as a side effect). Just put the corpses into a wall hole and fuck them. You can also create a zombie from torn off body parts, but so far there's no fucking that (if it's already in, correct me)
As far as bestiality, those are limited to Yona as defeat animation for certain bosses. Gay sex? Technically the animation is in (you can see it on drug village) but for main characters there isn't any plan yet (despite one of the character is literally gay for Yona).
