Majority will just ask for full "completion" speed run.
Some will just ask the basic base and some resource.
Minority will ask for full unique characters access.

I myself however go full Completionist run as in:
  • "Virtuous" Playthrough
  • "Evil" Playthrough
  • Single lover Playthrough
  • Harem Playthrough
  • Slave Harem Playthrough
  • Testing/simulate playthrough
I'm in the niche category so i pretty much do this myself hence i can pretty much burn like....56 hours in a single run?
Just so I can see what the hell will happen at the end just because I'm that insane.
My dumbass as I look back at my Helldivers 2 grinding marathon that last 79 hours.
My favorite theme is to only take women from their bed, and only take the ones that get pregnant. If you aren't the mother of my daughter, or actually my daughter, you don't get a place in my village.

Changing the child's parameters, via RandomCharacter.GenChildSet.
This randomly selects one of either parents (mom or dad), and: Sets the child's color to the parent's colors, changes more colors if the mom was the one randomly selected, generates generic random hairstyles and proportions (not based on parent), copy special parameters for Under Ground Girls (I think it's for Sadako), and call NPCClassChange to change the class level depending on the mother's class level, which impacts attack animations. I'm not sure what this means, I think it's for Sadako, but it could also be for the Large Native Girls.
Also, they set status[8] to the father's friendID, and status[9] to the mother's friendID, which you see in Status.
Oh right I forgot to reply to this earlier.

I wonder what actual percentages are for mom vs dad because from my experience 90% of times child gets hairs color after MC which is annoyingly monotonous.

Unfortunately this ain't Dwarf Fortress to automate unwanted offspring disposal so I wonder if there would be away to edit percentages to favor either mom or random.

You can change hair color at the pretty mirror.
Other than that it seems to be 50/50

If you don't mind doing plastic surgery, the above poster mentioned the mirror for hair.

You can do the cosmetic surgery via the surgical table.

Does anyone know how to fix the 'Man's Workbench' quest? I hadn't started it yet, but the smoke blocking the road has already disappeared, and now I can't do anything

Wait till it is past noon to evening for it to appear. This is a time of the day sensitive quest.

Nope.

Edit: Replied before you edited your post. Anyway...

Other than shields (+damage mitigation % on block, sometimes with an additional special effect), there is no actual armor. Clothes and armor-like outfits worn head/body/legs/feet/etc. are currently purely cosmetic.

Armor bonuses exist but only in the form of food buffs that only apply to friendly NPCs and not your playable character. These subtract damage when your friendlies are hit by enemies. Note that food buffs only apply in raids and only in a radius around the target of a raid. And by that I mean the initial position of the raid target when the raid begins.

To benefit from food buffs, the food also have to be in a certain radius (25m/10 platforms) of the raid target. This is also only calculated at the beginning of the raid (but the food bonuses persist for the entire duration). The food is never consumed this way; you place the food as though it's buff-providing furniture. You need to interact with a table first before you can place food.

how to get glasses girl cant find.
Near the end of the main questline, after your first battle with the Ent King. You need to build a bridge (via a event, not just platforming your way across) in the chaos wasteland first to reach there.

Food placed on tables (or anywhere) just provide food buffs. You need a food box to make NPCs feed themselves. Food boxes are crafted at the Wood Workbench using 10 wood and 4 charcoal. Charcoal is "crafted" at the furnace using 2 wood per charcoal.

You can also feed NPCs manually by highlighting them (with l-click) then r-clicking on food items in your inventory (or theirs). This is useful for topping up the food meter of a follower.

Note that NPCs only consume food to heal HP. If they don't ever take damage, they don't need food.

There's no armor, just cosmetics. You can raise your max hp when boosting stats, though.

The girl in the glasses is not found until really late in the game, near where the current end of the story is.

Food box is made at a wooden workbench with charcoal and wood. Charcoal can be made in a furnace with wood. But tamed villagers only need to eat to restore their hp, they'll work forever on an empty stomach. Water is more important to keep them working. The food on tables is for giving tames villagers stat boosts during raids.
