It seems at least in my testing that Milky and Sheep don’t produce their byproducts if you don’t have a harvesting box.

like Livestock, npc with livestock job will do their job but requires the [pigsty] or [breeding farm and harvest box] or [milker]
bro i understand you are translating from russian but in english you say "that" not what, only in Russian language we use what which literally translates to that in sentences, anyway answer to your question is, yes you need harvest box not far away from farm plots and you can leave seeds inside harvest box so NPCs use those seeds to continue farming, if some of seeds are not enough farmers will leave crops to dry in farms for producing new seeds and use those seed for farming

Your customization options are mirror and surgery table and you can only use those on natives. Surgery table for editing body parts and mirror for hair.

I dont know but i havent seen any option to remove those. If there is options for that someone will surely write it here.
How do i set where NPC sleep in which house? Most of the NPC in my base entering 1 house and ignore other houses near them.

carrot is your friend. OR cook them meals, separate them and put them next to chars with personalities they will like. Houses with beds should be close by to their life zones.
they dont but you can put them inside houses, i put Shino and Lab girl inside a stone house with luxury bed....for my special needs......

try to make her life zone and walking zone minimal. Shino usually exits and enters the house depending on time of the day but she never wanders around.
