press an npc, right click the perfume pic in ur inventory, now they are horny for 10 mins, only natives can use it

just open your notepad on your computer first, move your mouse to file >Save as new file > none.bat, file type to all files and put it to \Mad Island\Mad Island_Data\StreamingAssets\XML

That's Steam version? Cuz there're only 2 small patches with bugfixes for Steam version.
If you have non-Steam game it's banned here, because of R7 content.
