I feel like it's something about being able to empathize closer with humans that make it so people can roundabout just hate humans more than dumb animals. Like you can always excuse an animal's behavior, it's a dumb animal, and even when you kill them for it there's hardly any lasting malice more like let's not have a situation where this can happen again. But a human you can fully communicate with allows for you to reason and justify why you must take advantage of, undermine or harm them or something like that, i ain't no philosopher here.
