"author" in this case refers to the dev and ci-en to a website.
If that alone is not enough to help you, best to use google for what you're searching for in the first place.
(And for results on google, use google as well to translate those)

If, with all that, you are still unable to find what you're searching for... it's probably for the best.

-Im not sure how to answer this but they do give birth the kids and you can grow them up with milk. You can setting thier position anywhere you need.

I don't think Mummy can get pregnate... I mean her H-scense Normal is Hand-Job, while rape is Blowjob, and with that form it's hard to be pregnate...

For those aiming for childbirth, there are both fertility and other pregnancy potions in the cooking table. As for the bed, if you're using cheats, there's a midwife bed available in the wooden crafting table, it should be located next to the luxury bed or regular bed.

When I first looked for it, you know what I did? I went to google and typed 'mad island dlc'. Found it in two seconds and took only two clicks to get to it.

Just checked and it's still that easy.

I don't get why people keep asking about this on here, it's really not that hard to find.

Hi may I ask do you have a problem with making new dlc pregnant? Like I try to breed underground woman/sadako and giant female warrior but none of them pregnant, while the previous dlc character still pregnant fine.
I check gallery and spawn, the underground woman small version and small muscular man version still there but somehow I just can't get underground woman/sadako and giant female warrior prehnant.
