Easiest way is obtaining a raid magnet talisman.
Equip one of the tamed villagers with it than position it in an easily accesable area.
Personally the best place I found was in front of the stairs to the Ancient Dungeon, since all raids spawn at the place the 2 guys that had the key had holed up.

As long as your leadership skill is high enough (which means 4 for the bigger and unique NPcs aside of MC controlled ones).
There should be a respective command in that list

Like what Shurutsue has said, Your natives needs Water to work, Gathering food by the natives are consider jobs
I prefer having Water Wells(or that Lab one having the widest range) over that rain catcher, make sure the Water well's circle covers everyone's location point, they'll drink/eat by themselves

There is also another factor, you being far far away from them will cause them to stop working as the game de-load them to save you some RAM, making the game run smoother, I have notice when I'm at a location nowhere near them, the game doesn't really allow them to gather/dig/farm/chop/mine resources, it also affects on training too...

You can move them around like normal NPCs after beating the native boss but they never will follow you.

is there any expected full release of this game? I have just been letting this game sit till it fully releases, basically, for a good while. Haven't really kept with the game updates neither.

I haven't played since December or so and already had 60 hours on steam or so, on the steam page they said they planned to release the game in a year's time and since it released may of last year I wonder how much progressed they've done since then.

I will check what they added since then I guess. I didn't want to kill the enjoyment out of the game by overplaying it's unfinished.

You're missing out. There's so much to do in this game, I don't think there's any risk of "killing the enjoyment" any time soon.

To phrase it more accurately: you can only play one of the two at a time; the other will always stay at the base. But you can change the location of your base after you defeat the first boss.

I am wondering if in the future the devs will make something that allow us to change the personalities and likes and dislikes of NPC. At the moment, it is a little bit too random for me personally. Also, I am not very fond of when NPC aged up or down, they change their personalities and preferences too.

Hi. I'm looking for a program or tool that can help edit save files. The save files are huge XMLs with tens of thousands of lines, and they store positions of objects like chests in the game world.


I recently had a problem where I moved some chests inside a house, but placed them partially outside the playable area because of the house's walls. Now I can't access those chests anymore, and manually digging through the huge XML to find and fix their positions has been a real nightmare.


Does anyone know of any existing software that can make editing these save files easier, especially for adjusting object positions? Any pointers or recommendations would be really appreciated!

wrong one, next time use wooden fence for medium animals/monsters

But then again, I'm slowly getting there, might find more things to do around the swamp area.
