Come on now, surely you know what this game was intended to be? those are just "lose battle cgs". And just to further clarify even though I say "endings" it was never really gonna be anything more than they escape the island(or not) but only this and that character survive and these are the consequences. But as it stands now what with them planning a mermaid race instead of having just the one and wanting to have a quest with the giant, i have to wonder if the idea of the endings have shifted.

No, no, though I do mean the devs would not be adding anything major, mechanically(lets say terrain destruction) or outside the game's scope(like that new island i keep harping on about) but they would still be adding to and modifying what is already there, and as signaled by the ending, what will only be there. They could add new dungeons similar to how they add the chaos cave, you just need somewhere on the over world to put the entrance. The prison, the lab, the ruins, they're all just caves in terms of game mechanics and they can and have just made more so they can always make more. Events and story are done with those red, green, blue fog triggers, don't see why they can't just stick those in at anytime and you can even progress far into the game without triggering some of them. H scene can always be added later, they just need to draw them probably.
Where my thinking would bite me in the ass, i imagine, is in the creation of new races like the lamia and harpies that i would also like to happen. Even the Ent king as well as the queen had been sitting in the game's files for a long while before they were implemented so they're nothing new, the mermaid race we can assume would be based off the mermaid that is already in the game and yet we haven't seen hide nor scale of one. If they close up the game now, would there be a framework to add races with new body types like winged harpies or slithering lamias, maybe even centuars? I don't know.

Well you got me there, at least i can trust the japanese work ethic to finish what is there, and they still have a bunch of animations to do.

That scope, it do be creeping. But seriously it's not that I dislike the new things i just know this ride cant last forever so when would be good time to cut before anything negative happens, one of the devs got sick over Christmas and one had surgery recently(at least i remember reading that here), I don't mean to be morbid but i'm not just a One Piece fan, i'm a fan of Berserk too... patience can't help me there anymore.

Well i'm basing it off when games i've played before, just pop back up in my veiw(a complete surprise to me too, even) with more than what was there when I first played, usually official english and uncensored. But sometimes they do have new content and that happens more than just a few times. I don't know how profitable these little resurgences is for developers but the fact this keeps happening must mean it's doing something good for some of them otherwise why spend the effort? Just as a example "Breeding City Welcomes you" is a game I played when it was called "Welcome to Breeding City" it just popped back up in front of me and i've been playing through it again but a more fitting example would be one called Countryside Life as that one actually has new content compared to what was there when I first played it and that game was "finished" had an ending for the four main girls and everything, yet at some point they added 3 new girls and you can take the original 4 to the beach or hot springs and that was pretty nice and the new content didn't disrupt anything about the original. That's how i envision the content for mad island being dealt out after it gets an ending.

Please to not mind any spelling/grammar mistake, my keyboard is possessed by demons and I need to hire a exorcist or by a new one. It was was always bad(down arrow key is just dead) but it's really acting up now

Honestly this metaphor fits what I want to say more than you know. A bit personal but in my youth my family moved into a house that wasn't finished building. It had it's foundation, it had it's roof but you look inside... not done, but it had light and plumbing so you could still live in it and that's what we did. The area that would become my room was used to store all manner of things so i slept wit my parents, you want to go to the attic you had to go outside as the steps from the inside weren't made yet, and all sorts o other things. That's how I would envision this game getting an ending, the house is built and stable, the mechanics are present and functioning like electricity and plumbing, but there's still stuff to do there's no cupboards in the kitchen, there's no tiles on the floor but i imagine the worst of it is done so you can take your time and work on what is needed you can even make additions so long as they don't break the house.

I can agree to most stuff above this part but here I see problems.
Like you mentioned this game is made by japanese guys... so the law is very strict, while content wise there is no real censoring by it, regardeing censoring itself it's VERY strict, any uncensoring could only be done by modders and shouldn't be to easy to replace... honestly the none.bat file stuff is already borderline illegal to them.

I know the games you speak of and that's nice, but the games I played from E-Made plus before had no new content in their final release compared to their in development Versions... an example would be "Black Market" and little Nicky's game also was limited to the development Version.
So I draw my conclusions from the Dev Teams previous work, which makes me disagree with those statements, IF your conclusions could be applied I'd be happy to see some endings soon, though that would be a first from their several previous games.

Also the endings I mentioned are not just game over rape.... in the Cyborg Ending Yona dies and gets her head cut off and in the other one her limbs get cut and turned into a living fleshlight... I think loosing against those 2 douchebags with the ruins key is also a terminal ending for her, while all other scenes are just rapes scenes those would not allow to continue the game normally hence for there is a rewinding the time feature implemented... it might be the trigger for a bad ending in the final Version... also abondeining Yona in the Ent Kings cave is already a final ending with man and Yona dying.

In most game the ending is final state of the game and most devs wouldn't choose ending first and new content later.

what will happen if this game already finished 3-4 months ago and they decided to add new two girls later ?

then devs would need to rewrite ending script and add those two girls in the ending and this will happen again

when they add something new. if I were dev I wouldn't choose to add ending first either,

it would be troublesome work load and amount of rewrite story later when new content add to the game.

I don't care if this game will never finish as long as devs update new content time by time.

I want more gameplay and content not want to see the ending that easily predictable like " hooray! we finally leave the island!"

however if ending mean MMC and Yona group move on the next island then I will up for it too.

Is there anything I can do with the fairy on the hamster? Or is she just a weak NPC that can help do jobs?

Also, downloaded the beta version and holy hell there's a lot more content than the stable release...

Too often finishing the story means the end of the game. Then its dead and people quickly move on, including the developers. I hope instead they keep building upon the game for years to come.

I have no idea why a few people are so keen on developers finishing a game, it just means you get less game.
It'd be funny if the main story ends with "oh right, you can't go home because reasons, soooo". What, did you think I wanted to go home?

I've been curious about that myself. I downloaded both but I only ran the stable version, then installed the DLC. I think that process updated the game or only the DLC (some damn thing, I can't fukkin' remember). So uh... idk, like what kind of stuff is in the unstable version? Actually, fuck it, just gonna go through the shuck and jive and do it.

this is what happen when ppl always think about finish the game quick rather than asking dev to make more content , this game right here is gold mine with dozens content to be made
TRUE! Better than any "aaa" game I've played in the last five years or so. The devs are spectacular, and I don't want the gravy train ending any time soon.

"And no one ever managed to leave that island. The end..." the ending is you founding a colony on that island.
Either overpopulation or depopulation (which may or may not have been affected by inbreeding).

Someone shared a zip with some mods... though the stuff shared was solely cosmetic stuff without any functionality for the game

the game is banned in germany and i already tried using a vpn and making a new acc but that doesnt work either
You'd have to switch nationality in the settings and THAN buy a new game to get it registered... but yeah really not worth it.
