4 leadership slots are needed, protags cost 4. What I do is I set them to go somewhere in a straight line using the teleporting.

Go north while hugging the right wall, eventually you get to an opening that leads you to the right side of the map and you'll have a whole ass multi-part thing with her

Use 2 to make pig breeding pen and put a native with livestock job near. Counter slow grows from 0 to 100 and you get meat at 100.
