If you want to move the default location of Man and Yona, then you first need to defeat the village boss north of the starting location. Returning to the starting location will then give you a brief cutscene and after that you can craft a blue flag. You can use that blue flag to move the default location of Man and Yona.
The mentioned "Move" option is for tamed natives and animals.

or the commands in the game when u press enter
like items is /get
/get food_onion_01
npc is /npc
/npc 32 5
then 5 scorpions will spawn around you
i have the command list i made at the bottom of my guide in my signature

press enter first before using commands

Yona's gameplay is lose-to-see-sex-scene one. Although she can have consensual sex with some tamed natives.
Male MC can be played as a rapist or a somewhat nice guy.

Speaking of guides, I recommend the one in my signature. It's short, doesn't have much spoilers, and should explain anything you might have missed in the interface.

This is Mad Island. From the developers of Black Market (not to be confused with Monster Black Market), which is banned here, and a few other games that make me worry about the developers' sanity.
It is an open-world-survival-craft game, somewhat like Don't Starve or Palworld, but lewd and sometimes with too much guro.

If you don't use cheats, I think it's a fun game that you can play steadily. The illustrations seem to be a matter of opinion. There may not be any sexy scenes. It's grotesque and has a little bit of romance, but it also has a sexual slavery system, so it's quite interesting.

If you're into the kinks listed, I'd argue it's worth the trouble of reading through the available guides. This game is really good once you get a better understanding of the mechanics. It's actually quite easy to master once you get the hang of it.

Yona still not being able to get pregnant despite the fertility accessory being used by yona and female natives kinda annoys the hell out of me, the guro stuff is fun maybe a rack, iron maiden device I kinda have a kink for the Pear of Anguish that would be a fun toy.

for me it make my game not starting, it use to be working on the other version with V27

You want good FMC vanilla action? You could get the elder brother npc or stick to the regular, ugly male native. How do you get the elder brother? Idk. Cause I cheat him in for Yona via the cheat mod
