From a gameplay standpoint, there is no reason to take his girl. She can't birth you any kind of super-soldiers. In fact, she can't give birth at all.
But if you give them a good ending, you'll have both of them under your command.

You do get a cool pendant if you kill Keigo though. That said, it's not all that useful once your level gets really high, especially if you have the katana.

As long as you don't kill Keigo, both him and Reika will join you, regardless of them being together or not. I also hope that in one of the future updates there will be an option to seduce/romance Keigo as Yona.
That said, Keigo is a very good fighter with very good stats, so I wouldn't recommend killing him.
I don't how to even process a katana the game so far let me craft a diamond Sword, Axe/pix, faint weapon.

There's a quest marker just behind the entrance to the Ruins Dungeon, but nothing happens when I go there.

You can't craft a katana yourself. You have to venture into the dungeon and loot it from one of the bosses. I think it's the 5th level boss's chest, but it's been a long time so I may be mistaken.
Note that katana can be repaired to be much sturdier than the condition you find it in.
Apparently, this quest is not yet implemented.
You have to do 10 floor trial with in the dungeon, If you penis symbol to unlock the entrance.
Question how I can tame the capture animal because I need milk to make foods and other stuff

Cows don't need to be tamed. You just place them in a pen (I think you need the large wood fence) and assign a native to milk them.
If you mean you can't see the cow, then either it's dead or you don't have the right cage. Try the large wood fence--I think that's the one you want for cows.

i forgot what its name but its in wood bench with cow face symbol, if i not wrong livestock cage, just put cow in livestock cage and assigned captured/your son/daughter NPC to take care of them and dont forget craft harvest box(also in wood bench) since this where the milk and wool they harvest will go
medium wood fence and no there no large wood fence only iron with large also wood fence used for taming not for livestock farm

hello guys, I just started this game..I would like to ask you for some advice, basically after a few days in the game on the initial beach a green mission was unlocked between yuna and the male mc and I didn't really understand what they were talking about something about the fact that they had been there for a long time I think someone can tell me if I should do something now? I repeat I've been playing for a while and the only thing I managed to do was beat the native boss that makes you go to the next area then I discovered the location of bigfooot and that's it. Thanks in advance
That mission is unlocked after you defeated the native boss and unlocks crafting the blue flag, which can be used to change the position where the second main character hangs around, and lets you fast travel there without increasing hunger. It basically allows you to build your primary base anywhere, so you're not forced to always be on the beach.

perfect, thank you very much. another question, is there an inventory for the npc? basically for now I have caught some by stunning them with the club and I have locked them in a cage with some food now I am waiting for the indicator to reach 100 because if I kick them out of the cage they can't stand up but I would like to know if afterwards I can change their clothing
Yes. Select the NPC, then use the same buttons you use to change your equipment in the lower right.
