Man, this game is great. I've been playing non-stop for the last couple of days. It's been a while since I've played a game this good and it's not even finished yet.

This site needs to add a search in thread function, because I am NOT fucking scanning 600 pages to find the answer to the question I bet at least 20 people have already asked. What am I doing wrong with the DLC instructions? I downloaded the zip file using both of the links the dev provides, but both of them give me an error I've literally never seen 7zip give me before.

No need to unzip! Just remove the extension and copy to folder!

This site already has a "search in thread" feature:

I was just about to do this. Though i will say it has the same drawbacks all thread searches have. And its the major reason why people don't bother with it.

Wording. words three (four?) letters long get dropped when searching, and if you don't use the same words as someone who is discussing the topic it won't find it. I remember searching for the ruck creature, not knowing its name. And the keywords I used were "wrong" and so i didn't get any relevant answers.

Fortunately when i asked about it they responded kindly, but more than once i've asked a question, that I had searched for, but worded differently and found nothing only to be cursed/chewed out for not using the search function.

It only works if you know exactly what your looking for.

I don't think it drops any terms. I just tried searching for "DLC unzip" and it shows me lots of posts of people telling others that the file doesn't need to be unzipped, similar results when I just searched for "DLC zip". Although yeah, there are many forum search plugins that drop three-letter-words. Luckily this isn't one.

It was not my intention to admonish them for not using the search function. I'm sorry if that came across that way. I just wanted to make them aware that the feature they're looking for already exists.

By the way: I've found that the search shows much better results if you switch it from showing the most relevant results to most recent results. You can do that in your profile's preferences.

Not at all. I was referring to the nasty responses i get on occasion. As I said, I myself was gonna do the same and drop a pic lol.

Skiped like 6 updates cause of work.
I Hope my potate computar still run the game.:HideThePain:
I discovered this gem, after i fried my gaming rigs powersupply. Like a day later infact. A few stray drops of water from an ice cold drink dripped down. Playing this on a potato laptop (like 12 years old).

Little jittery., but the games reliance on dodging helps a bit. though i gotta keep my colonies somewhat small.

about that mod, i read about what it is and what the problem is and its pretty much the same issue as in GTA where as in the biggest issue (to "normal" players) boils down to breaking realism, which brings the question to if its 'legal' enough if the mechanic that makes it illegal does not exist but the realism part stays ?

realism as in to exist but not being allowed to engage ? if that makes sense
I just dont understand why we cant have realism without nasty activities

u can't truly "disable" it. But u can make like leaf dolls, leaf mascot or chaos totem. then type minus value at the count until the current numbers of raiders' value became a big minus value too.

OR
Build sea base or sky base and move all ur npc to it. But this will make you hard to get a raid again if there is an update about the raid

What am I doing wrong with the DLC instructions? I downloaded the zip file using both of the links the dev provides, but both of them give me an error I've literally never seen 7zip give me before.
Most likely, you aren't reading the instructions, because they are in Japanese. An automatic translation system like Google Translate would have helped.
Because the developers did a trick, and the .zip file they provide is not actually an archive.

No need to unzip! Just remove the extension and copy to folder!
I think you don't even need to remove the extension.
