I didn't test with saves from older versions, but it seems that in a new game in v0.41, raids simply don't happen.

I've played until past the mountains, through the native boss, spider cave and iron mine, and not a single raid happened.

Raids only happen if you either summon them or get spotted by scouts ("Player has been discovered" message in the event log).

giant won't attend the ent king battle 1 and 2 if Man hasn't met her yet. Man can go there to have relationship with her after defeating the Ent king

So...the only way to save her is finish the ent king quest and after go for her?

No... afte defeating the Entking an ingame sequence starts where Yona and man run from the cave, once you regain controll use man to leave towards the right, back to the cave, to start another ingame sequence.
Afterwards find the Entqueen and start the Event there

no, both path can still save her.

Yona goes to the right green circle where the Ent Queen is to trigger the cutscene (She will revive giant and male mc if you did head to the right side at that moment to save giant). The queen joins (able to follow u).

The male protagonist returns to the team. The moves of the female giant change (no earth attacks anymore but like wind cutter instead).
AND the current update progress ends here.

0.41 is the beta unstable version. 0.34 is the latest stable build. You can play 0.41 as is if you want or wait for the developer to release the actual updated version

if I understand you right, just move contents of XML folder to the same folder in a newer game. And dlc file, if you have it.
