Knock out old woman native(s) and use them in the recipe (after picking them up, there should be no need to tame them IIRC).
Get them to like you (I believe 51 or 75 or something?)
You can just dance beside them (if you have lots grouped up, just stand centrally between them and dance until they all like you enough)
After that, interact with them, talk,then choose sex and the desired location (either any ground spot, or beds)

Also what the extra slot for toilet made in men's workshop mean? Also what wooden/stone toilet even do except like npc showcase toilet?

Extra slots is for life orbs that will sometimes appear as by-products.
But the main job for "toilets" is to provide sexual satisfaction for your male population. Especially if you disable their option to love.

The dev said they plan to work on that, but we don’t know if it will be next update or not.

While their ci-en blog is from April, this is their next update plan and has mentioned it.

The following topic is mainly for 0.41 version late game players, Raid defense player and base building players.
Idk if anyone knew, Trees does not have Legs!
Insane discovery I know (before you ask, some trees does have the feature of a Face/Boobs and vagina, so it's not as surprising, just don't do an IRL tree with it, thx.)
Ent Queen, clearly a Tree herself, she can't move, so when you ask her to follow you, she can't, because she's a Tree.
But...if you're someone who uses Waypoint Flags, has high movement speed or simply didn't forget...the following NPC can teleport to your location when you're too far away...
Allowing you to get to where ever you want her to be and set her Location point down, and use the "Return" to call her there
Her final position, Ent Queen that grew through the Stone floor, over watching the North Valley of this area
