Guys I just bought the steam version and a problem appeared, it basically doesn't load my saves, it's been generating the map for at least 3 minutes but it doesn't go forward

I would like to hear a little more about this, is the steam version the 0.42 update? Cause then that could mean old saves can't move forward which is something I feel the devs would mention so it's a bug, or did you just not import your saves?
Mad Island_Data > StreamingAssets > XML this is the path to the game's save files

I guess we are. I'm not very interested in DLC content but my game is still on 0.34 and it'd be a waste to update it to 0.41 right now.

Also... I may have lost a story character, is it possible to respawn her with a console command and, if so, will it fuck me over for the endings?
