how do I make yona or anyone follow me? Make them warp or something? Or select them without clicking on them. I would prefer it if they stayed in a house. Or if I could move the other npcs.
You can't get Yona to follow you. For other people, talk to them and choose "Follow". Note that you need enough leadership to make it happen. Most ordinary people need 3 leadership, most special people need 4 leadership.

Takumi... depends at what point you are in the game, but he does play an important role in some of the later quests. Besides, if you spare him when you have a chance to kill him, I don't think you get another opportunity to kill him later on (not that I've seen so far anyway).

I think you're refereeing to another game made by this dev but I'm pretty sure linking anything outside of this forum is not allowed. IIRC you can have Yona warp to the blue base flag, wherever it is by interacting with it.
Any ETA on that cause kinda sad that everything gets fleshed out before Man & Yona's relationship.
Then again I am guess that is probably because they have to factor in all the events and other character relationship stuff into the dialogue.
Couldn't give you an ETA, i just remember reading some stuff that i translated from the dev on discord, maybe within the next 2 updates? He's mentioned stuff like Reika pregnancy, Yona/MC romance, new clothing, mermaid offspring etc. etc. but he's focusing on other stuff for this update. I'm confident that he will add everything in eventually, just gonna have to wait for it.
You can change the color of the armor by using the top of the 3 sliders at the dye station:I wish you could change the color of the red invader armor, I thought you could but when I put it in the dye workstation it only changed the color of the spikes and horns
