Only basic native woman, "small" native woman, underground woman and muscle woman can get impregnated by Basic male native or the MC
So can native men impregnate native women other than the ones bound to toilets? I remember a comment earlier claiming that was the case.

Female MC can't get impregnated in the current version. People regularly ask for it, but the developers are not in a hurry to add it, perhaps because it's technically difficult.
Basically, FMC is a "lose to see H-scenes" gameplay, and MMC is a "rapist bastard" gameplay.
Okay, so the MC can roam around and impregnate the natives in the village. I think I read somewhere that you can't just impregnate women; that these women have to belong to the MC's village before you can impregnate them.
The game forgets all those random women in other villages when reloading the game. Only the ones you've captured and/or tamed are saved.
No, you can impreg during rape, just the chance is low without a pregnancy promotion item equipped (also if you don't capture them they will despawn after but you can knock them up)
Not really, basically the male MC can impregnate any female except those that are not yet part of the pregnancy mechanic(that is yona + other named characters, elder sisters and of course old women). In the case of mobs that are not yet tamed by you, you can impregnate them but they will not develop the pregnancy until you do tame them(My dream of having the neighboring unaffiliated village full of my rape babies and baby mamas remains at a distance)That's complicated

Yes, I also thought it would be interesting to go to a strange village and simply impregnate women while they were sleeping, and then watch the pregnant woman live in the village and give birth. But unfortunately, I don't yet understand the mechanics of what I have to do to tame women.
Use a weapon with a "Faint" stat (clubs) untile the white bar below the HP bar is depleted.

You technically can, but their pregnancy won't progress until they have been tamed/befriended and added to your Friend List. Also pregnancy is RNG and might take multiple tries.
Pregnancy won't progress period if the woman isn't part of your village. The game only increments the pregnancy-to-birth counter for NPCs in your friend list. Birthing also needs to be manually initiated by interacted with the pregnant (and ready to give birth with visible baby bump) NPC. There is a high chance of miscarriage if you don't have a bed. Having a "bed with a midwife" (craftable using a bed and a captured old native woman) ensures a 100% success of birth.
What a shame that's the best part of the game for me, finding and taming monster girls in dungeons
yes. exile cave to mine blood stones with iron pickaxe or higher tier one. u need to move a little north from where u just fought the native boss for meat workbench to find it.
