There is a no-skill way to handle death, you just need to use the drone when you get downed (lose one heart), then exit the drone and left click once on death (preferably without a weapon equipped since you will do 1 damage), then you just wait for his health to drop.

For the servants I use a box of nine platforms and a staircase (set to 0.5-0.75 height) to trap them then Ent Queen with full food buff can *usually handle them (sometimes they can teleport out of the box).

Edit: btw any AOE still damages death so the Ent Queen can kill him quickly after you get the crystal soul (reflect negation) before that she might go down but.
Also kiting Death over her thorns doesn't reflect damage to her. This can be used to speed up the fight.

Final note this is on version 4.5.2 beta. I just noticed we had a new version uploaded.
Sounds like a sound strategy with minimal units required to deal with them.

For me, cause I just tend to make a very large village to farm stuff for me. I just make sure I turn on aggression for the entire village with the steak set, and it's over.

Next play-through, I should just do this instead, save myself the trouble of spending 3 hours on just setting a village to farm materials and stuff for me.

Sorry, detailed instructions would be:

  1. Go to Settings, Options, Debug and turn off Build Block so you can place needles down in the village.
  2. Then you want to get some Ore Needles, say 15-20, and go to the village.
  3. Go to place the needles where they have H with each other, under the tents. That way they'll knock themselves out with H.
  4. You might be able to place one, but the next one won't want to, as you already have one there.
  5. Go to place it anywhere else, just anywhere it turns green, but before you click the mouse button press ESC instead.
  6. You should now be able to move your mouse, while the game is still paused, to place the needles virtually on top of the last ones in the tent. That is, it will stay green even though something is already there.
  7. Press ESC to un-pause the game and repeat steps 5-7 until you have five or so in each tent. The stun damage stacks.
  8. When the people go to have H with each other they will get stun damage each time, and soon go down.
  9. When the girl you want is down, click on them. Nothing much will happen, because they are special NPCs.
  10. But bring up the Status screen. It will show you, but if you click on the Detail tab, it will show the NPC you clicked on. You'll know because the title bar of the dialogue will change to "Female Native".
  11. Now click the red Banish button, which is just below the Status dialogue to the right side.
  12. Once you've done that, just click away from them, and then click them again.
  13. Pick them up and spirit them away with you. Or dismember them, I guess...

Note they will not stay lewd once you tame them. For that you want the Ring of Lust, available from the boss on level 10 of the ruins. The village females are great examples of alternative coloring though.
Last time I tried in v.0.4.5.x, you can banish them first (with the status screen exploit also used to examine fainted NPCs before choosing which to tame), then you can kill or knock them out that way. They'll fight back though but it's much simpler.

Or you can "R"-grapple a stoned female native to knock them out first, then banish-exploit them. Now you can pick her up.

Or deal HP damage first to knock them out, then banish-exploit. This can be done with damage needles (no purple ore needed), or more easily (and accidentally) when you're targeted by a raid inside the stoner village and the raiders knock the villagers out. Just don't whack them at -100 moral; this doesn't work and will block the banish-exploit, curiously.

The stoned villagers behave a bit like your own friendly tamed ones. They generally can't die and will just get knocked out and recover over time. Their equipment are invisible but you can swap them out as though they're your own villagers. This has a side effect of removing their lust state, after which they can also use some amenities, like the "toilet" if you manage to build one inside their village by either turning off build block or chain-platforming one in from the edges. This can in theory be used to rush a Life Orb for speed runs (or No Taming challenges) but IMHO it's far more trouble than it's worth.

It was easier before, but they've put more measures in to stop you. You can't seem to just select them any more as they'll give you their new dialogue response instead. Nor can you now damage them or inflict stun damage directly it seems to me. I can oddly sometimes grapple them, but not always. Ore needles work though, and can be left in place if you like.

Edit: Testing it, I can seem to grapple them reliably at the moment. If so, just replace the needles with grappling to knock them out. Rest of the instructions should still serve how to acquire them.

How do you keep the mermaid from offing herself when near the shore? I brought her back to my basic base by the beach, but even after I lowered her territory down to a single stone pool further up the shore (the only place she can move reasonably well in, I thought) she still ends up drifting downward into the seawater (bitch, I thought you couldn't walk on land WTF), drawing the attention of the sharks there. I have been able to keep her from getting immediately nommed by putting a raft or two in the way, so even when she wanders down there she can't move it and her fins only barely touch the water, but when she wanders a little too much to either side she can get past the blockade. Is my only option to try and fast travel farther inland to another base?

Set her territory in the pool. The blue circle.

Gentlemen, by what means may I induce a large female native to engage in sexual congress with other non-player characters, as the application of a purported aphrodisiac appears to be inefficacious? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I think it would have to be with a Young Man, as I think that might be the only animation available.

Here is my savedata xml for visits or raids (made with 0.4.5.6 beta). There is one main production base, one base used specifically for raids, as well as 8 smaller satellite bases, so lots of map exploring to do. In total there are 83 NPCs to visit and talk to, all with unique visit dialogues.
Drop the file into your Mad Island\Mad Island_Data\StreamingAssets\DLSave folder and enjoy!
Thx for the save, had to unlock the map again.

Edit: If you can grapple the villager, you don't need the needles at all. Just grapple them until they are unconscious, then proceed from step 9 below.
Wish I'd seen the grapple suggestion before doing it. It was so annoying getting the women in the water, using a convoluted stairs setup.
Then again, the spikes let me also capture and age down the old woman and kill all the men, it was the one holdout village getting one clear for my little colonialism RP. And the placement trick is very useful for ignoring placement restrictions in normal building, so thanks.

Unfortunately, since they're still internally special on some level, the new girls mostly can't be given work, but it's not a big deal.

I should, at some point see if this would allow kidnapping the girls at Takuma's orgy that disappear later. If so, it would make the amputee girls in the lab the currently only unclaimable ones, since they seem behind an invisible wall even if you get up the platform.
