Anyone know how to farm flesh without using the life orb? or anyway to get life orb without abortion?
Because the only where I know to get flesh is to pick it up at that underground.

from raid attacks, but you have to make a flower totem to make it appear, flower totem can be made into a bench plant

Yes, that's right, the way to take them is underground, one by one, there's no other way.

I spent 25 - 30 minutes to take 1000 flesh underground
You can use (genToilet to get life orb without using abortion potion) just put in a female native, then put it near a male native, activate allow sex, then he will use the toilet

You don't need to have an abortion. Any birth has a chance of producing a life orb instead of a new villager. Worse facilities have worse chances of getting a villager.
You can't efficiently farm flesh without the Flesh Collector which requires a Life Orb to craft.
Only other place to get flesh is from the Bottom of the Earth (the hazy red underground map), and you can only pick them up one at a time even with maxed Harvest skill. It's good enough though... if you aren't spamming raid horns or trying to get 1000 Flesh to resurrect Lulu.
Easiest way to get your first Life Orb is to tame a female native (or female DLC native), get her pregnant, wait 12 time segments/1.5 days for her to develop a belly, save the game and then savescum the 80% chance of getting a miscarriage and a life orb by giving birth on the ground without a bed or midwife.
Only "tamed" (i.e. in your friend list) females can give birth. Faster way to get them pregnant is to use the wall ass (stone/wood variants can be crafted at the Wood Workbench) and then spam the "Finish" option. Pregnancy Promotion Medicine makes this easier but it can be hard to get the 4 soybeans to craft it early on so it's optional.
It's also best to keep a pregnant NPC outside (not in inventory or in storage or in a fixture/building) so the pregnancy can proceed over time. There are some fixtures like the Wall Ass and the Toilet where pregnancy can still progress but it's best to just let them walk freely (or work) instead of finding out which works and which doesn't.

Once you get access to a tamed Old Native Man you can make the above process easier using abortion potions crafted by him. No need to savescum then or take the 20% chance of an "accidental" live birth.

It's possible to automate Life Orb production by using the Toilet fixture, crafted using the Men Workbench. Any pregnant NPC placed inside the first slot will have a chance of miscarriage when "used" by a male NPC (doesn't work for Man/the male main character), and this even works with non-tamed NPCs unlike the above methods. So put any random captured female native/female DLC native inside, equip them with the Pregnancy Promotion Medicine, make sure there are male natives or young men hanging around with "Allow Love" disabled and they'll eventually satisfy their needs using the "toilet". Repeat a few times and you'll hopefully get your Life Orb.

There IS another way. Craft a Flesh Collector. Then every time you kill natives, you can use it to vacuum the bodies and limbs, and it'll automatically change it all to flesh.
Note that you'll want to use heavy attacks (F) for higher return on investment. 1 whole body = 1 flesh. But with one cut off body, you'll get 1 flesh per part (arm, leg, etc.)
