No he is talking about Young Man NPCs, which is what the Male protagonist's male children that are born from female Natives grow up into.

You probably will be able to once the next update comes out in a few days, since the next update is finally adding romance and sex scenes for Man x Yona beyond the rape scene. So once the consensual sex scenes are added for Man X Yona, I am guessing Yona can dance to increase her relationship with Young Man NPCs, and initiate sex via dialogue like with any other sexable male character.
Just to clarify Young Man npc uses all the same animations as the male main character because it is the same character template. So anything the male character can do so can the the Young Man npc in theory. The only limit is whether the devs script a way for us to do so.

I wonder if Yona will be able to birth generic children with generic npc natives. Like, will she just birth a native boy or girl from a no name guy? If so, my next village is being created from Yona spreading her legs. It'd also make it a little easier to get a large female native if she can be knocked up by a large male native.
I have a question that is stumping me in the latest playthrough.
How do I get natives to literally have sex with each other and attempt to conceive a child without using my fMC and mMC to initiate?
I imagine I would need to use the object that makes them lustful/horny to increase the chance of them abandoning their tasks to have sex. Or was the answer to make them have no tasks so they can focus on childbearing activities?

I don't know how to get them to fuck beyond placing a bed near where their assigned territory is and ensuring that love and sex are enabled and that they have compatible personalities... but there is an item you can craft from (I think) the bonfire that increases the chances of pregnancy. You can also place female natives in toilets and the male natives will fuck them regardless of personality. If there's some other, more creative methods... well, someone here can probably explain them better than me.

Since we're on the topic, I wonder if the devs might consider at some future time the possibility of increasing NPC disposition with methods beyond dancing. Maybe something like giving them better outfits, or better weapons, or bribing them with food... Sure, dancing is really only a minor inconvenience at the moment, but it does get annoying when you're trying to increase the dispositions of a decently large group only to have to separate them and do it individually or with smaller groups. I also don't like the fact that animals/creatures have personalities... my first playthrough, Werewolf and Bigfoot almost killed each other because I didn't know about personality incompatibility then. Would have really sucked to have lost one or both of them, because that was an organic playthrough; no cheat-levelling or cheat-spawning.

My male villagers must be suffering ED (erectile dysfunction) then. Literally had three girls in ass toilets.
I'll try putting an actual bed if that makes any difference. Man, can't they just do it on the ground. X_X
But compatible personalities must be an issue, then... I guess I will try the toilet/wall method.

By "ass toilets", do you mean "ass walls"? Ass walls aren't the same thing as toilets; I don't think the male natives use them, or if they do, I've never seen it. They will "use" the toilets, though. If the females are in the toilet, they're in full view in basically missionary position. You craft toilets from the men's workbench.
The easiest if a toilet animation exist for the NPC pair is to disable love, equip the female NPC with either the Pregnancy Promotion or Miscarriage Preventing accessory (both craftable at the camp fire), stick her in a toilet (NOT ass wall/toilet), set the male NPC to include the toilet, then put down a Pot of Libido to increase libido gain. Same procedure as passively farming Life Orbs but you don't want miscarriages to happen, so if you're not using the Miscarriage Preventing accessory you need to pay attention to when the female NPC gets pregnant and remove her before a miscarriage happens.
You can also do the above without disabling love for the male NPC but it makes it much easier because it skips the relationships check and lowers the libido threshold needed for them to use toilets.
DO NOT use the ass toilet. Only the mMC can use the ass toilet right now. Use the regular wooden front-facing "Toilet".
Pretty much this.
I found out the issue, had to run checks and tests on which mod is causing it to stop them doing the activity. Apparently, I needed to disable one of the mod since it was causing NPCs to not have intercourse at all.

Ah, so there is an ass toilet. I was spreading misinformation without knowing.
This is what I trying to figure out and thanks again. Was aiming for a run where I am supposed to play the game as intended but trying to find a way to automate the process of getting life orbs.
The other question is how to make them try and give birth (to farm life orbs) while I am away from camp or has to be done manually.
I'm suspecting it has to be done manually at the moment.
it happens automatically if you leave them in the toilet, that is why the toilet has a second inventory slot to store the life orb drops, the camp needs to be loaded though.
I typically use the raised area west of the north mine for automating farms, with one of the npcs who uses the toilts as a raid target, since the raiders spawn in an inaccessible area, they cant reach the camp but will keep the farms loaded for the time the raid is active
There is a whole series of kabeshiri (literally "wall ass") fixtures (crafted from different workbenches) that the game translates as "[insert material] buttock wall" ("asswall" in the item IDs). I just used "ass toilet" earlier because there are people who call them that (in this game and in other hentai works) and I assumed DreagenCode was doing the same.
Sorry for the confusion.
Another tip: You don't need tamed/friendly female natives for farming life orbs in the toilet. Freshly-captured hostiles can also work since they can get pregnant. This frees up your own female natives for labor and/or guard duty.
(This doesn't work for milkers because they need to successfully give birth first, and untamed/unfriended natives can't give birth. Unless it's an exile but I haven't tested that edge case yet.)

Personally I'd only care about Yona raping others if she like, makes an offering to the futa statue for "sexual might" and now she can rape the women just like man. Maaaaybe i'd tolerate her "doming" the native boys but that's as far as i'm willing to go in that direction, futa on female is what i'm after, no balls preferred.
That's something, I hope with the androids. Since you can glue all the parts on it, I would love to "build" a character and play as it. slap big-dick on her and stuff. With Yona herself, I wish for less forced domination and more of an aggressive seduction.
Or have a new character introduced, that focuses more on seductiveness and elegance. Since we already have a flat domina/dominated character, she could be someone, that's actively want to mate, even if raped.
