yeah but raids and scouts have different spawn mechanics. Raids occur far far away from your base or targeted NPC location but scouts can randomly spawn inside your base. If you place your base in the middle like i did, and spread it to north and south enough, raiders will only spawn outside that hill or on the hill west. I tested this with raid horn to tame fighter woman native

i have invisible wall around my base so the raider cant get in as long as i play male mc (female mc is always target for some reason). if i want to farm raiders, i use guardian sword power attack that actually has frickin wide AOE

Well good luck with that base. Make sure NPCs won't fall off the cliff or attack every girl they see to defend the base. I made mine on the other side of the river, around that small hill. Put up a few wood walls with the wood I got from clearing the area and it's pretty easy to defend so far. If it's ever too much of a bother up there, moving your base on the other side of the river shouldn't be too hard.

It's fine. This is a fairly well made game so I already purchased it while it was v0.03 to support the dev.
It's up to you. The main quest line seems to work better if you're being reasonably nice, but you can be an evil overlord in a fortress with walls made of people if you wish to. The difficulty would not change much.
Yes, male MC can personally satisfy all the native women around him. In fact, you can give a harem to every man who works for you.
Female MC is less enthusiastic about sex, but with the right conditions, she can sleep around with male natives too.
Named characters are more complicated, you'll probably need a guide to make every named character part of your harem.

Use magic! Specifically, put a bunch of leaf figures somewhere to reduce the number of people in a raid, and use blue smoke signals to slow down the raids.
You can just pick up your buildings and people, and move them to a new location. It will take some time, but it should be easier than restarting.
place i told you about is 24-32lvl range. Bigfoot alone can one shot every raider as far as i tested
