I don't think they can wear anything at all under any conditions, unless you use the torso of the mummy, which is itself wrapped in bandages, so that might count to you. Though she still isn't wearing anything and can't take them off, in reality. If you know of any way to get them to wear clothing let me know!
The only native with other native animation is right now the normal and female native
Normal native and female have 2 (Extra 1 with the forced), but that's it, dev is focusing right now with new NPC's leaving the old ones still without content
They are also focusing on that multiplayer visiting other people island mode thing with is weird, is that what people wanted? adding that stuff sounds like making the game more complex giving themselves more work while having almost all other npcs with only 1 scene or no scenes at all, not even counting the special npcs not being able to interact with almost anything and the questing and main story being as short as it is...

Depends on how you look at it.
They are a team of an Artist and a Coder... art normally takes longer than codeing and this feature is solely based on coding.
So their Coder just found a way to occupie himself while the artist is still working on sprites and scenes.
With all base mechanics in place there isn't much more a coder can do without the artwork.

I've always placed it in the game's root folder (came like that, too, when I first installed the game) and it's always worked.
I suspect both locations work.
Although it's also possible the dev has changed this as I haven't updated in a long time and have been seeing the XML folder mentioned more often recently :shrug:
All I know is that I've never seen anything censored in my game. I downloaded it from the links in this thread (OP) and it came with none.bat. Also, I don't use BepInEx.
So, if there is no conflict, I'm assuming there might be a bug in the cheats.

The fastest way to level them up is to have them follow you while you clear high level raids. Use the Chaos Totem to set the raid to as high a level and as many enemies as you and your PC can handle. This method is less effective the higher the level of your NPC.
After that, training is super handy. Leave them with enough punching bags that they each have their own and they'll just keep leveling up without you doing anything. Set their area to be not much bigger than the punching bag, and set them to Guard so they train 24/7.

Found, sad seems Nanachi not have scenes, hope in future added and we make plap plap get pregnant!
DLC includes things that aren't allowed on this site. Which is loli and shota, with their sex scenes. And also a fairy, without sex scenes (but she has her own game here).
Make them follow you in to the Cayos Cave (near where you found that big Goat) in these cave you will found 2 Ent Root near a two Glow berry tree, put a flag there. Now kill those Ent Root and eat those Large(blue berry) inside of Ent Root inventry it will level up you & your Follower. now fast travle again to the Flag you put in the cave and the Ent Root will reapair again. Repeat this curcle untel you level up enough.
