/qp command works to set quest progress instead of editing the save file manually by hand. You need to save and reload the game after executing the command for the changes to take effect. For the Keigo's fight in particular the quest flag is Sub_Keigo, so

Nevermind I found a way. Just need open save folder from game and open with notepad++ for example your save, Savedata00. XML for example and found Main_Reika1 and change progress to 0. After that reload. Your walk wasd can be broken so reload again

no. maybe need to wait until arround 20 oct. the dev seems need some time for the new update. the last post in ci-en he said had some plan but doesnt work nicely.

How does pregnancy actually work in the game? Can anyone impregnate anyone else? For example, if I sleep with a native, can she get pregnant? Or if the MC is a woman, can anyone she has sex with impregnate the MC?
Only basic native woman, "small" native woman, underground woman and muscle woman can get impregnated by Basic male native or the MC
MC can impregnate everyone from the list
Basic male native can impregnate basic native woman and "small" native woman
