Or... you can do it the pirate way and move him on the wooden plank where sharks are gathering and drop the native into the sea (by deleting the platform).Just a side note about your fantastic guide ( Making friends: the alternatives ) : If you want to get rid of a native you can bannish them (there is big red button under their status window). They can now be killed by you and your people (they doesn't them hostile to you though).
If you want to roleplay a nice guy : leave them first far from your settlements, go away and then, through the "friends" list, select them and bannish them, the game will remove them after a while (or save and reload) like any "feral" natives.
Pictures were provided at one post, but I'm glad you figured it out.Ah, nevermind. I figured out what the problem was---i needed Cassie in my party to get the option. Thanks for the help.

You can block inconvenient spawns by building there. Easiest is to put down some torches where you don't want raids to spawn. Most of the raid spawns are sensible, but a small amount are on the other side of an invisible wall.
Chop down a Dark Tree. They're the stationary tree monsters in the Chaos wastelands with corpses impaled on their branches. (Not to be confused with the other tree monsters that can move around.) Dark Trees are immune to normal damage but will instantly die after taking a certain number of Chaos Axe hits. Just cut it down like a normal tree but with the Chaos Axe equipped. You also need to dodge its attacks or have enough HP to just tank the hits. Or perfect block, but you still need enough HP or regen to tank the AoE DOT.how can i get chaos wood

(...or you always just die and respawn and come back to chop the tree again and again until it's felled.)
You can use followers to help distract the tree. You can also cheese the Dark Tree by block-canceling your axe strikes to queue up multiple hits all at once.

Other sex options are not available yet, but are the focus of the next upcoming update which is scheduled to release some time from the middle of December to early January next year. Along with Yona's pregnancy and her children.
