Man x Yona girl could be already implemented with the next release. Don't forget the animation for that was done long ago:

the new update should be anyday now, supposed to be in the middle of dec, so our questions will be answered then.

We already knew that Man x Yona scenes (and Yona pregnancy) were on their way, but the last part of this is what I'm particularly interested in, and I hope it means what I think it means: more scenes across the board. Maybe poor Keigo and Takumi can finally get some nookie...

Pretty sure it is coming soon. In the preview system of the game if you press Shift + P there is a unused little giant girl already added to the game. So I imagine they just need to work on the animation and other assets to fully integrate the Giant's pregnancy and offspring.
