Female giant help me to save Nami and jump some where
But in the cave only Yona. I can't save female giant...
Anyone know why? ( The giant was recruited with the first option, I spared her )

After beating Giant, you don't select the first or second option. There's a third option. Taken from the guide on Page 13. See below.
