VPN does not change Steam account association. If you set your account to German store, it will show everything according to German store rules, from pricing to game blocking. In general I do not advise changing Steam account country for these kind of games.
VPN does enable you to buy from DLsite though, because that restriction is IP based.

Some mummies have their faces visible but most of the ones you find have their faces covered but starting from the 5th floor of the ruins they come out showing their faces.
