Plenty of non-hentai games like this. It is most similar to "Don't Starve" and "The Forest", but there are plenty of open world survival craft.
This genre is underrepresented on this site, though. But check out "Wicked Island" and "NSFW Island Survival". And there was also that game where everybody is dressed in leaves, but I can't remember its name right now.

There is also Breeders of Nephelym, but it's more like Egyptian gods, furries and stuff; no kidnapping, no human sacrifices, no cannibalism, no dismemberment, no slavery, no raiding. I expected more. The character creator is nice, though.

BotN is a breeding game, but not an open world survival craft at all.
If you're up for some slave raiding, Goblin Walker and Training Space Station are good stuff. Portals of Phereon and Strive: Conquest are less visual, but also include plenty of slave raiding.
I'm not into cannibalism and dismemberment, so "Goblin Lord Wants Me to Become a Virgin Wizard by Managing the Brothel!" is the only one I can recommend you.

No. I think the name was meaningless to me, started with "M", and was made of bamboo.
I'll check out that one, but the asker wanted to avoid RPGM games.

Honestly in terms of being a h game, this might be the first game of it's kind. So far any recommendations i've seen are just modded normal games like rim world and such. You might get the gameplay but it's not explicit porn, not without mods anyway.
