Is there a way to remove the villager reference after I banished and murdered it? They keep cluttering the relationship lists and I can't see their ref id because they are, well, dead.

just tested, it works. after u banished and killed them, if u remember their name and friend id. That command can remove it
Is there way to copy paste villager? Bc I found this one villager that I want to enslave but also use as a Frankenstein part.
what about using mirror and operating table to change other person's appearance?

that works. tame them and color them and banish them and kill to select limbs (but troublesome tho)
Is there a way to move save? I try the xml one but it somehow didn't have save data from old save loike save on...(found them/solved)

As far as I recall main Characters can still be altered useing the normal Itesm, aside of that you can use the Edit Option from the main menu to change their appearance in a new game

There is something like a 50/50 chance the child will inherit traits from father and mother it seems.
Most offsprings had mans hair color while nose was from mom... but there had also been several instances when it was reversed in my latest playthrough

Certain food can increase/decrease moral (like corpse limbs, candy and veggies) while libido can increase with aphrodisiacs (recipes gained after defeating Takumi and visiting lust village). There's a lust ring in dungeon than makes npc horny 24/7.
I don't recall a way to decrease libido. Just change the npc settings to no sex interactions.

addition: libido pot from old man native can increase bit by bit with a small radius
