You don't have to play as mad as the game allows you. Just because the game gives you a guilliotine, doesn't mean you have to use it.

Yes, of course. Any breeding game will include really young and attractive mothers.
Even in Mad Island, without DLC, a woman can be born in her adult form. And you can impregnate her right away, so she'll become a mother by the next day (I'm not sure how much time pregnancy actually takes).

well maybe they should have thought about that when they started to develop the game...

This is a mistake common among all H-game developers.

btw this isnt pixel art iff you change the base game sprite the engine takes care of the rest in any scene they dont need to manualy do every scene they just need to make the preg sprite in like 5 angles coz this is isometric 2d, its not rocket science...

It would be true, if this game wasn't designed absolutely horribly. They even don't have tools and weapons as separate entities.

Makes zero sense they are updating things noone cares about but they still didnt do the FMC pregnancy that a LOT of ppl have bin askin for....

Note that this forum is not the only place the game is discussed. In fact, I suspect the developers don't know of this forum, and are mostly taking suggestions from their Japanese-speaking fans on Discord or something.
And also, developers often do what needs to be done, or what is easy to do, not what is popular. Because fans do not know what needs to be done and what is easy to do.

iff they dont want to do it just remove the FMC or make her an NPC what is the point in her anyway then, almost noone likes to play her like this....

Judging by the amount of lose-to-see-H-scene games on this site, a lot of people like this playstyle.

To answer both the top 2 at once, only the Female Native, the DLC female, Underground Girl and Large Female can get pregnant and have kids. Currently the last 2 can only be knocked up by Man.

Yes, if a Native have a successful birth the offspring will be a friendly native.

The game is still being developed. It will probably reach a point where all the females can get pregnant with any male but it’s not there yet.

Auto run is in the bottom right of the screen beside the settings menu.

There is a picture of a silhouette walking at the bottom right, click it and it should change to a running silhouette. Or I think X is the hotkey to toggle it.

Art takes time, so does coding, animations, and variations. This isn't easy, or else everyone would do it. And the ones that DO try easy routes (AI images, basic rpgmaker with little more than scene collection) would be as bad as they are

Like others have said, we think the little giant is gonna be in a later update where she might be the normal Giant reborn if you fail to save her in the Ent King boss fight. The only way to get her currently is thru the dev commands.

I'm lost here, I am pretty sure the 4.3 update on steam said there is a pregancy chance on large build woman unless I misunderstood which giant we're talking about

No, the preg chance is on the Large Female Natives, the ones you can only get thru raids. In the preview (shift+p) there is a little version of Giant but she can only be spawn in-game thru dev commands.
