From a very very quick glance, seems more like a dll copy renamed to none.bat rather than an actual executable.
I think there was a misconception of having to copy a specific dll and rename it, but you can just have an empty new file and name it respectively.

oh nice, I didn't know DLLs had the text this program can't be run in DOS mode too. but I guess it makes sense since they can be executed as well.

I'd say play unstable, simply because it actually is (In my opinion) stable enough.

I wasn't too familiar with the specific rules here, cause I'm simply not interested in stuff of "questionable age".
So I didn't even came up with what that content might be.

But I can take this as a fair warnin, right?
Besides a good amount of gore and stuff, I may, or may not encounter persons in this game, that are depicted "too young" for that kind of content, I guess.

Only with the DLC - in which case you probably should be careful (if you do get the dlc and use it) of screenshots you post.
Without it, there shouldn't be an issue I reckon. Hope you enjoy the game as much as we all do!

So far for me having over 24 hours in it, it's pretty darn stable
(Aside from the obvious of using Cheat and spawning Event boss out of nowhere and kills the female MC, soft locks the game)

To obtain "DLC" content, you have to find it yourself on google
Leaving NSFW content aside, you'll only be missing out on a Great Elite Archer to capture/tame
Other than that, perhaps in the next update, you would also be missing out some of the update content being Underground/Large Native's Offspring.

I don't know what you're trying to find, but the Santa event is as simple as that.
The only way is to have a backup save. I don't think there is a way to restart that quest.

I seem to have lost my Sex Option with that 1 NPC.

I tamed the NPC Max Libido, Fed Well and Hydrated, and had the Sex Option before.

Is there any reason why I lost it? If so How do I retrieve it back

Uncertain - if it's just for viewing and not with dialog and all, then you can just hit SHIFT+P in main menu.
Aside of that, you probably have to re-do the quest part, either via command or save editing.
