If you mean the large female native then you can only get them by capturing one during a raid. You need flower totems to make them show up. It’s made at the plant bench.

Half of the fun is discovering half of the things in this game.

This is a survival/crafting/sandbox game... you do whatever you want. And there's not just one, but two guides linked on the first page of this thread (right underneath the download links) that can help you. You even have your choice of guides: in depth spoiler-heavy main guide or beginner friendly spoiler-lite guide; take your pick. There's no shame in using either; I used both and I still enjoy the fuck out of this game.

If you're crafting on benches close by, those benches use items stored in storages.

they are but all 6 spider storages got emptied, and some of them had inside stuff that's not used in crafting like vegetable seeds, soil etc...

I never had that problem with my storages, and I've used spider ones exclusively

Tbh I thought they were stolen when I was raided. 1 NPC got captured, and 3 from the iron jail dissapeared. So I assumed a raiding party took everything.
But after rescuing the npc and taking everything from their village there was nothing.
Stuff shouldn't disappear from storages and cages barring savefile corruption (happens when you interrupt the saving process before it's complete especially when you have long save/load times) or some weird overflow glitches like the Ruck's vacuum or Flesh Collector with full/near-full inventory and too many item entities being sucked into their inventory at once. And even then these are rare occurrences.
Raiding parties can't steal stuff. Most they can do is reduce a chest/building into rubble but you get the stored items back anyway when you fix the containers.
I suspect some misbehaving mod is to blame here. What mods are you running?
