You can change native bodies with surgery table, available after defeating the mad scientist. Unless I remember it wrong.

There is definitely lesbian sex in this game. Not much of it, though.
You can make a futa with the corpse reanimation system, but she wouldn't be able to have sex (just like any other Frankenstein's monster you might make).
It is an open world survival craft game. And "mad" in the title is not just for bragging - you can do some really screwed-up shit here. Or you can avoid doing it.

Flags are made by hand (Red fast travel flags) and the Blue Base flag is made at the Iron Bench.
For the Steak Set you need High Grade raw beef (Milky/cow drop), Potato, Onion and berry at the cooking table.
Steaks are made of cows. Cows are found in light-green grass areas that are supposed to be alpine meadows or something. You will need a cooking table or something like that for advanced cooking such as a steak.
Girl has a camp on the north-east-east of the map. She is usually found there.

How do you get rid of the corpses? Because I don't really like them just standing there and collecting them one at a time over and over again gets boring.
In the beginning, you can save and load. This will despawn corpses and respawn some other things.
Later, you can make corpse eater in the human resources table.
And even later, you can automate looting by taming a kangaroo-like creature called "Ruck".
