No, the moment you click a different language it should change to it. Not even a need to click on "ok" at the bottom to confirm your choice.
Depending on what game version you have, and if it's from here or from steam, that might come from that I guess.

Go to your game folder, then Mad_Island_Data, then StreamingAssets, them XML, and edit the file "SaveSettings.xml".
You need to check the line that contains <lang>x</lang>, and make sure that number is to 1 (english).

It's always half japanese half english no matter what I changed the language to and the in game is full japanese

It should be the file that save all your options.
Maybe create a new game, save so you have at least one save file, and check if the options file is there.
Maybe it will fix the problem too.

thanks for the help man I figured out what's the problem I change the file location to my E: drive and now it's work fine now

DLC characters require you to have the DLC.
You need 10 iron ores and a furnace to make 1 iron ingot.

For every bench, and bench-like things like the furnace, and even some NPC that can craft for you (old man, old woman, some story NPC...), you need to put either the items in the bench/npc inventory, or use chests that can 'share" their content with close benches, like the spider chest.

So, at the start, put your ore in the furnace directly, and the recipe will unlock.

And yeah, every loli/shota content is behind a DLC. Don't ask about it here though, the rules are the rules.

They will always respawn when you load back a save, Some bosses also respawn

The game requires switching between the two. Some events have to be played with Yona, others by the male MC.

There's a cave with tons of iron spawning, to get to it go to the east until reach the river, follow it north until you get to the bridge, cross it and keep going north until you find a cave. Put flag near the entrance and done. You can reset it too by just exiting and entering again to farm infinite iron

Here.
All the ore inside is only iron.
You can even put a flag deeper inside to teleport directly to a cluster of ore, rinse and repeat as much as needed.
Also, put some points in "Harvest" skill, it helps make it a LOT faster.
