When I start a new game to challenge myself, I start to play with Yona right away, do the story events, and train her until she can clear all her fights where she is needed.
Nevermind it wasn't the lights. If I press the windows key and go to a different window for even a second, it starts rubber banding when I get back to the game.
The story of the game is nearly done. The update for this month got pushed back due to one of the devs having surgery.
They mentioned another hiccup last week as well. With the Steam 'chaos' they're looking at alternative update processes and distribution outside of Steam. That might take priority so that they can get all versions distributed to update automatically AND a way to pass on the 'DLC' extra content smoothly. That's why the release version, which is from Steam, is missing the July updates so we're 2 versions behind.
After you beat the Native Chief (RIP Blue Hair Girl) there is a short cut scene that gives you more control of the alternative MC. You can give them weapons and set their location like other NPCs so they can guard your base. They're quite good at it and it's good as 'passive training' since they also need levels and points to keep up with story beats.
Click on "T" key while hovering on the animal you want to slaughter in your inventory.
Press Q and dance for them. Dance 0 works for most, but it depends on their personality.
