I think, ALL routes are open now!
Including some romantic content between Matt and Chris (when they are both in prison - Chris being charged with all the evil things he did and Matt for traspassing and installing all these cameras in people's houses).
It is funny enough, but Anna (who masterminded all these cameras, etc) - technically did not do anything wrong.
So I hope we all learned a valuable lesson here.

As for Matt and the scenes with him, he will appear regularly in the updates. In addition to the scenes listed in the voting, each new update will feature scenes after the exhibition of Patti's paintings that continue the story.

Catherine I cannot remember her well, but I think she is working in the flower shop. You only meet her in season 2.
